Safe Zone Utah shares anti-bullying, domestic violence and suicide awareness resources with individuals, groups and businesses in the greater Salt Lake City valley area and throughout Utah. Some of our work includes:
Presentations to businesses on how to create safe spaces for LGBTQIA+ employees and community members;
Partnering with the Utah LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce and the business community on LGBTQ+ trainings;
Individual and group training sessions on LGBTQ+ topics; and
Opportunities for businesses to become “SafeZone Utah” certified as a safe place with available resources.
Our mission is to create safer spaces for LGBTQ+ community members through education and advocacy by providing training and resources to Utah businesses.
